In the Al Andalus era, the fusion of three cultures - Muslim, Jewish and Christian - gave way to an extraordinary combination in the culinary tradition of the Iberian Peninsula.

In La Colina de Almanzora we have recovered the old recipes of Al Andalus. Some of these recipes remind us of Arabic cuisine while others simply remind of flavors from Andalucía but all of these recipes take us back to the past.

From Wednesday to Sunday, the atmosphere in La Colina de Almanzora is complemented by performances of exotic 'belly dance' and flamenco guitars
